This is a manually push type Engine Trolley Docking System, generally recommended where the conveyor system to carry the engine to & fro the engine test beds is not used. This is a custom built system.

QRCs are used for services like coolant, oil pressure, fuel, turbo-charge air connections.
Monitoring all safeties like air pressure, clamped pressure, butting, docking position, cardan shaft guard status, shaft support position, engine running, etc.
Control system is based on high speed microcontroller with graphics LCD display for ease of operation and status indications.
To absorb the torsional vibrations, which is the major cause for breakage of cardan shafts, this product is offered.
Required for diesel engine testing.
The flexible coupling is designed in such a way that the rubber part is always under compression but never in tension. This feature avoids damaging of rubber parts.
Two bearings inside balances the assembly and helps in absorbing the torsional vibrations.
The design also makes the maintenance, which is hardly required, very easy and less time consuming.
